At the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery in Toronto, ON, as an IT Systems Analyst (Software Developer) from May 2023 to September 2023, I developed and implemented live chatbot functionality using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Lambda, and Amazon DynamoDB for enhanced customer interaction and support services. I also created a chatbot with RESTful API interaction using React-Native, collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, designed architecture, and delivered timely solutions for the live chat application's features. I assisted in troubleshooting technical issues related to Amazon Connect, DynamoDB, and Lambda, actively participated in agile development methodologies, and stayed abreast of industry trends to contribute to the company's technical capabilities. Previously, as a Jr. Technical Analyst (Quality Assurance Analyst) at the Ministry of Transportation, ON from January 2022 to August 2022, I conducted workshops, performed various types of testing, tracked project issues, generated status reports, and resolved problems to ensure software stability and high-quality standards. I also created test scripts and automated tests using Katalon Studio, managed testing cases in Azure DevOps, and documented testing results, contributing to a smooth transition to a fully automated environment and ensuring project success.

I completed a Computer Programming and Analysis diploma at Seneca College in Toronto, ON, from September 2020 to August 2023, graduating with a GPA of 3.7/4.0.
