I'm Chang Mou, a product designer specializing in simplifying complex problems through design. 🤔

I am a versatile and talented digital designer skilled in designing appealing application interfaces to enrich user experiences, and I am proficient at turning feedback into practical application solutions. Well-versed in using advanced digital design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, I confidently apply them to convert customer feedback into productive output. I am a highly contagious communicator, skilled at transmitting insights in creative and compelling ways.

A small selection of my key projects and accomplishments includes:

• Provided branding, logo and plan design to help BC & Alberta Guide Dogs reach younger donors. 
• Contributed to developing onboarding flows and an intuitive user experience for games that use NFTs and cryptocurrencies in NFTY jigs.
• Assisted NFTY jigs in developing its game platform MVP and was instrumental in the company's subsequent fundraising efforts after the platform was launched.

A degree in Interactive Arts and Technology prepares students to play a leading role in the conception of new media and the design of inventive technologies.
