Possessing a bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of experience made me acquire thorough knowledge in software programming in financial and commercial industries. In my previous experience as a software developer, I successfully contributed to the development of various processes and functions in order to improve existing applications, identified and analyze software problems including database issues.

In my previous experience as a software developer, I successfully contributed to the development of various processes and functions in order to improve existing applications, identified and analyze software problems including database issues. I would like to highlight the skills and experiences that I acquired being a software developer/client support: 

• Comfortable in software development including Microsoft Visual Basic (ASP.NET, C#, VB6, Visual Basic for Applications)
• Knowledgeable in relational databases like SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services which includes writing queries, stored procedures, triggers
• Proficient in bug and fixing software issues raised by the users.
• Can provide production support to clients in every  system issues they encounter
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on team-building and customer relations.
• Proficient in basic computer troubleshooting

During my years of work, I developed great interpersonal communication skills, I’ve established strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and with my superiors. In addition, I collaborated with my team members and with the different company’s departments in order to provide a prompt and outstanding service to the company’s clients. Moreover, I was able to deliver an excellent product to the company’s clients by following their needs accurately, paying attention to the smallest of details and completing multiple dead-lines.
