About Jennifer Tubo:

I have been trusted for over ten years as Secretary/Administrative Support (Hospital Assistant) at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, Riyadh, KSA. As a Secretary, I likewise performed the Receptionist function over the same period being the frontline of the Department.

As an administrative worker for over ten years, I developed solid organizational, coordination, filing, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation), and communication skills, including good working relationships with everyone. I am detail-oriented and value work competency, reliability, flexibility, and commitment.

Experience

  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of administrative duties and responsibilities such as managing our department team's calendar, serving as the primary point of contact of the Department (dealing with incoming and outgoing calls), welcoming visitors, managing the Department email, filing electronic and hardcopy documents, coordinating in-person or virtual meetings, ordering, receiving, and organizing office supplies and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
  • Write memos, correspondence (letters/emails), funds transfer requests, and meeting agendas; assist in drafting the final report; create PowerPoint presentations for the quarter/annual reporting required by the management, etc.
  • Provide support to ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to drafting of RFP, reviewing, and analyzing the received proposal, and preparing a comparison summary report.
  • Perform some HR roles under the Department Manager's guidance, such as developing the staff's Individual SMART Objectives, monitoring their productivity and performance for given tasks, and assisting the Manager in carrying out Initial, Mid-Year, and End-of-the-Year performance reviews and evaluations, including developing a performance improvement plan for staff, if needed.
  • Coordinate training (inside and outside the Kingdom) of the Finance staff, including exploring programs to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate the internship program of student-trainees accepted in the Financial Affairs Department, and monitor their activities, ensuring they follow the regulations and internship etiquette throughout the program.   

Education

Sept. 2022 - Present Post-secondary Education in Global Business Management at Sault College Toronto West Campus. Completed two (2) out of four (4) terms.

Graduate of Business Administration - Marketing from University of the East, Manila, Philippines
