About Jessica Fraser:
I am a positive people person who happens to love planning, organizing, and creating impactful working relationships. I have over 4 years of direct administrative experience along with 5 years in the hospitality industry and 6 years working with small businesses/start-ups. Customer service is at the forefront of everything I do, always striving to have a positive impact reflected in my work.
I love building and facilitating events and have done so in both professional and volunteer positions. I also love writing and creating copy, from posts, digital downloads, websites, and product copy.
In my free time, you would find me walking my dog Augustus we love being outside; reading, exploring the city and local events as well as traveling when time allows. I have many hobbies and enjoy trying new things.

Experience
My professional experience is varied as I've worked in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, startup virtual business, small local business, fundraising, and in academic office environments. I have started from the bottom and also lead and been in charge of groups of people. Building and managing teams in some positions, working with a diverse team in others, and working solo direct with owners.
I hope to bring my unique personality, creative mind, strong work ethic, and dedication to any role. I have a vast array of experience with over 15 years of customer service, sales, and technical skills that range from administrative duties and procedures, data entry, event planning, supervising, and communications; creating content both digital and written, assisting with marketing campaigns, creating training material, data entry, minute taking and building relationships.
I take pride in my team management experience as I have been a leader most of my life in both official and non-official capacities. I thrive working with a team towards a common goal and collaborating with my peers. I am a strong planner and organizational wizard, always striving to grow, adapt and produce the best possible outcome in my work. I enjoy solving problems, creative thinking, organization, writing, and administrative tasks.
Education
I graduated high school in 2011 and from there went to Simon Fraser University. I chose to study international studies with a focus on development and sustainability. However, after 2 years of study, I had to medically withdraw from university to attend to medical issues. I have also completed required certificates for specific jobs over the years and would be open to further education should it be necessary.
