I served as a UX Designer on a contract with an undisclosed company and led the design process from start to finish. This involved conducting competitive analyses, creating paper sketches, developing high-fidelity mockups, and conducting user testing. I worked closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the product's success. Additionally, I took charge of unmoderated user testing sessions on mockups, which provided valuable insights crucial for shaping subsequent iterations of the product.

With Adventure Soup Inc., I analyzed recorded user activity on a public-facing tool and identified areas for improvement. By applying UX enhancements suitable for users of all age groups, I achieved a remarkable 33% reduction in user friction and a 50% reduction in the time taken to resolve issues. These improvements significantly enhanced the user experience and usability of the tool.

At Temperonic LTD., I deeply empathized with users and their journey. Through moderated usability studies, I gained valuable insights that informed the design of a visually appealing and responsive website. The result was a notable increase in Temperonic's client base, as the new website effectively showcased their offerings and attracted more users.

Overall, my experience as a UX Designer includes leading the design process, conducting user testing, and implementing UX improvements that have positively impacted user experience, usability, and business outcomes for different companies.

I hold an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and cognition. Furthermore, I completed the Google UX course, which provided me with valuable insights and knowledge in the field of user experience design. Additionally, I have honed my UI skills through self-teaching, demonstrating my passion for continuous learning and the ability to adapt to new technologies and design principles.
