I have also received recognition for my outstanding customer service, including a 100 out of 100 customer satisfaction score and an employee of the month award.
Most recently, I worked as a Packaging Associate at Ergocentric Seating, where I was responsible for packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storage. I followed all company guidelines regarding packaging, identified and disposed of defective items, and kept complete records of all materials that went through the warehouse.
