Hello, my name is Ronaksinh Parmar, and I am a customer service professional with experience in both in-person and call center environments. I have a diploma in Computer Networking and Technical Support from St. Lawrence College, which has given me a strong technical foundation in troubleshooting, hardware configuration, software installation, system disassembly, and Windows Server.I am a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and technical problem-solving. I have worked as a Customer Service Desk and Cashier Associate at Walmart Canada and as a Customer Service Technical Representative at IO Solutions Call Centre. In these roles, I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, consistently resolving customer complaints and exceeding customer expectations. I have also received recognition for my outstanding customer service, including a 100 out of 100 customer satisfaction score and an employee of the month award.

Most recently, I worked as a Packaging Associate at Ergocentric Seating, where I was responsible for packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storage. I followed all company guidelines regarding packaging, identified and disposed of defective items, and kept complete records of all materials that went through the warehouse.
