Experience

Jigar Vaghela is the Head of International Relations and Strategic Development. He holds an MBA (Human Resources) from one of Asia's leading B-Schools. He holds certification from Minnesota University as a Recruiting, Hiring and onboarding employee. He is an International Certified Career Coach (ICCC) by Mindler and an Award-Winning Lifestyle Coach and Motivational Speaker. He is also a strategist Consultant, Jigar served in the capacity of Vice President and has Digital Marketing Expertise.

Jigar is a seasoned orator and is a recipient of the National Debate Winner by BAPS Swaminarayan Satsang Pravuti. He has also been presented with Young Achievers in the Expertise of Human Resource professional and contribution in nation building.

He has authored a research paper on "Progress and Performance of Human Resources_A Research Based Case Study". He has published a book and an article on Sourcing to Exit formalities in the Expertise of talent development " How to find it, keep it and let it go"

He served as human resources and sales Consultant at Pocketstore, where he handled International Sales & Market Expansion for India and regional regions. In his last stint, Jigar will work in Corporate Business with WFG in Canada.

Currently, Jigar is heading International Relations and Strategic Development.
