With a background in landscape construction, and extensive experience in management roles, I have excelled at overseeing teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional results. Strategic planning and development, effective communication, and ability to inspire and motivate others has been the foundation of my success throughout my career. 

With a robust background in the landscape construction industry, I've dedicated my career to driving excellence in every aspect of our operations. Currently serving as the General Manager and Vice President at Signature Landscape Ltd in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, I've had the privilege of leading a dynamic team of professionals through various projects and seasons.

My role entails overseeing all facets of our operations, from strategic planning to day-to-day management, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results for our clients. With approximately 40 full-time employees under my guidance during peak seasons, I'm committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

My expertise extends across landscape design, project management, bid build processes, and landscape maintenance services. As a certified landscape designer through the University of Guelph and a holder of certifications from the Canadian Nursery and Landscape Association, including Certified Landscape Horticulturist Technician and Manager designations, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to every project.

Beyond my day-to-day responsibilities, I've been actively involved in industry associations, having served in leadership positions and contributed to shaping the landscape construction landscape at both national and provincial levels.

With a passion for driving organizational success, I leverage my strong management, communication, and strategic planning skills to ensure that Signature Landscape Ltd remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering unparalleled value to our clients.

I have completed a college certificate program in business administration through Compu College in 2002, Landscape design certificate through University of Guelph, Certificate of Achievement in the Dale Carnegie Course. Have also attained many industry certifications and accreditiations during the past 20 years.
