I am a highly motivated Individual with extensive experience in customer service/ member/guest satisfaction specifically within the high end private golf industry within the GTA. With over six years of experience working in an industry that demands people with strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills and the ability to problem solve constantly, I believe I can translate my skills into a different professional working environment seamlessly. 

Previously serving as Golf Operations Supervisor at the National Golf Club of Canada and most recently serving as the Golf Operations Manager of Mississaugua Golf & Country Club of the 2022 golf season managing a staff of thirty individuals, I gained knowledge and experience in a leadership front line managerial role.
