• Worked as a team in the department, supporting my supervisors with any coordination and management activities for their projects and assisting the Subject Matter Experts with any task
• Worked as a draftsperson to assist the team with Audio Visual review drawings utilizing Bluebeam and AutoCAD, reducing the amount of time in this activity, which led the company not to miss the deadline. 
• Assisted the supervisors by creating effective minutes of meetings and issuing them to the staff
• Prepared detailed quantity take-off for the SME for a pursuit project utilizing Bluebeam
• Created a tracking log for the shop drawings responses by highlighting the comments in BIM 360, improving productivity and organization of the documents and activities 
• Supported the production of the commissioning plan, developing the definition and processes of the plan, the pre-functional checklist, functional tests, stress tests, and integration tests by constantly communicating with the SMEs through emails and meetings.
• Supported the Integration Manager in compiling all the system’s project requirements in the SOR defined in the contract in a practical spreadsheet, increasing the productivity of meetings
• Corrected the profit of projects by adjusting the billing information of 7 staff members through meetings to reassess their worked hours
• Organized the Network inventory and created an inventory log, demonstrating the supportiveness to any other task

• Coordinated architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings utilizing Revit for 5 projects, minimizing problems in the construction site and leading to complete the construction within the schedule 
• Assisted the design department by modeling 3 architectural projects 
• Assisted the coordination of the construction of 4 small apartment buildings within the schedule and budget
• Reduced the risk of misconception drawings by performing the role of the connection between the design team and the trades 
• Prepared quantity takeoffs with attention to detail and good math skills

Graduation with Distinction

A two-year graduate certificate designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to effectively initiate, plan, control and commission construction projects. Students will study the investment appraisal of development projects; planning, scheduling, budgeting and control of construction project; and soft skills related to effective leadership, communication and negotiation. Students will learn to integrate construction methods, building code, and lean construction techniques into their projects. Learning will be enhanced through the use of case studies, group work and field trips.
