• Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with the projected cash flow.
• Coordinate with Project owner for the additional requirements during the project implementation for the preparation of change orders or additional scope of works.
• Provide commercial support to the project team by maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contract requirements to avoid financial problems.
• Submit cost analysis report to higher management and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
