Hello, 

I'm a student, and I currently go to Seneca College for Computer Programming. I have always been passionate about the retail industry, and based on my previous experience, I can be a good candidate for a role within an organization. During my last employment at Mcdonald's, I developed a deep understanding of providing exceptional customer service. I actively engaged with customers, listened to their needs, and ensured they had a positive experience. I am confident in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and assisting them with the right products.

 I am highly organized and detail-oriented, which allows me to maintain neat and visually appealing displays. I have experience with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash handling procedures. I am also familiar with operating point-of-sale systems and handling customer inquiries and complaints. 

Moreover, I am a quick learner who is always eager to expand my knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. I am confident in my ability to adapt to new technologies and store processes efficiently.

Im currently a student at Seneca College for Computer Programming and Analysis. I used to take Computer Engineering, but while taking it, I realized that I like to pursue more into coding, so I decided to change my program to Computer Programming.
