I am responsible for ensuring the high quality of systems and the highest standard of customer experience, as well as managing testing projects and coordinating the QA team. I am also a certified software test professional at the associate level (CSTP-A), which demonstrates my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the field of software testing.

I have worked extensively in the payroll, application, recruiting tracking software, and retail POS domains, where I have gained expertise in creating and executing test plans, test cases, test data, and test scenarios for various types of testing, such as functional, integration, regression, system, and smoke testing.
