Kaleigh Osadick

A qualified teacher who specializes in Theatre, Film and Psychology. 

With ample experience in the Arts- My improv and comedic skills make for a fun, play based teacher. 

I strive for inclusion in life and in teaching. I have plus 5 years experience teaching various ability individuals. I work alongside Reels Disability film challenge, with a goal to produce a sketch comedy show with primarily disabled writers and actors.

As for the performative side. I write for a sketch group and have recently completed UCLA's Writing for Late Night comedy. I have worked on feature films in Canada and London UK.

Resource Teacher. Worked in small groups assisting students with acadmic needs, Reading recovery and ELL students. Organized IEP meetings and complted IEP reports on a daily basis.

Vancouver Learning Disabilty Society             (February 2020-Present)
Drama teacher/tutor teaching by explicit instruction through practical play. Also a part time one on one instructor at St. Pattricks Regional Secondary, assisting the students in the Life Skills program.

Vancouver School Board                               (July 2018-June 2019).
A substitute teacher specializing in Theatre and Psychology. Teaching grades K-12. Teaching classes of all subjects, with a specialty of Theatre and Special Ed.
