I am seeking a Proposal Specialist / Manager / Coordinator role where I can apply my expertise to enhance bid success rates, streamline proposal workflows, and drive high-quality, compliant submissions. 

With extensive experience as a Proposal Coordinator, Specialist, and Manager, I have successfully led and streamlined proposal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. This includes:

• Reviewing RFx documents to assess requirements and determine the most effective proposal approach, ensuring alignment with client expectations and compliance standards
• Developing responsibility matrices to track deliverables and meet deadlines, effectively prioritizing tasks based on content, deadlines, and compliance
• Leading and facilitating proposal meetings, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment on content, deadlines, and compliance
• Conducting rigorous quality assurance on all proposal documents, identifying potential gaps, and ensuring all requirements are met before submission
• Following and refining proposal response processes to enhance efficiency, improve compliance, and streamline proposal preparation workflows
