  • Facility Site Manager
  • Management of 7 to 11 buildings such as private CHSLDs, pharmaceutical companies, office buildings, rental residences and warehouses. Mainly located in the Laval biotech district and in the Montreal area
  • Responsible for a technical team of supervisors, team leaders, mechanics and an administrative agent
  • Optimization of preventive and curative maintenance, hard and soft FM
  • Direct engagement with stakeholders such as tenants, landlords, insurers, government agencies, etc.)
