- Monitor outstanding account balances and follow up in a timely manner to collect payments.
- Respond to all lawyer, adjuster and doctor inquires orally and in writing.
- Facilitate patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
