For the past six years, I've been working in Project Management and have advanced to a senior role within that time. I truly enjoy what I do—not just because of the technical skills I apply daily but also because of the opportunity to work closely with people. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with team members to get a project done. I always say my specialty is people! Beyond that, it’s all about managing the tasks and skills needed to complete the job as efficiently as possible.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on large construction sites and behind the scenes, connecting key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner.

I am a passionate and results driven project leader with a proven track record of turning ambitious ideas into impactful projects! As a Senior Project Manager at Meritus Group, I’ve led dynamic teams of 25+ members to deliver successful residential, multi-family, and commercial developments, all while ensuring compliance with regulations and championing sustainable practices. My time as an Assistant City Planner for the City of Pitt Meadows fueled my love for urban planning, where I crafted innovative policies, conducted in-depth data analysis, and facilitated meaningful community consultations. I thrive on strategic planning, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving projects to completion with energy and a commitment to equity and climate action in urban development.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of The Fraser Valley. My studies focused on urban development, land-use policies, and sustainable planning, providing me with a strong foundation to excel in the field. I also earned my General Contractor License, which I update every year to achieve my CPD points.
