As a Business Solutions Analyst at Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS):

• Designed and developed comprehensive Tableau dashboards using National Ambulatory Care Reporting System (NACRS) data to streamline
internal reporting metrics and fill gaps in existing processes.
• Led stakeholder engagements across various HHS departments, including Decision Support Services (DSS), Corporate Finance, Labour,
Pharmacy, and Oncology, to gather requirements and oversee Tableau dashboard development from inception to production.
• Reviewed the accuracy and quality of healthcare data on over 20 Tableau dashboards for various HHS departments including financial,
pharmaceutical, patient, and labour data, to support decision-making by stakeholders.

As a Corporate Accountant at Corus Entertainment Inc:

• Created Power BI dashboards for Corporate Finance providing in-depth analysis of fixed asset project expenditures related to Corus
television units.
• Conducted performance testing, facilitated UAT sessions with stakeholders, and provided training on using Power BI fulfill common highlevel
reporting use cases and encouraged the adoption of Power BI for reporting needs.
