Executive Assistant to Group Chairman / Business Relations Manager Sep 2011 - Present Pacific Holdings Limited / Pacific Energy Lagos

• In charge of fulfilling Due diligence requirements and facility acquisition process for Olorunsogo & Omotosho gas power station

• Project liaison for the construction and development of the Ajebandele Power plant.   reviewing all supply contract terms and also negotiating conditions of payment.

•International and local logistics manager for all material, turbine, and balance of plant to be supplied for the construction of the Ajebandele Power plant.

• Negotiate successful condition of service and pricing with Gas turbine spare part suppliers and 0&M contractors.

•A key member of the team that negotiated the Power Purchase Agreement as well as the Gas Supply Agreement for the two power plants.

• Main person of contact to various associates as well as regulatory organizations; government and none governmental groups.

• Managing sensitive and crucial organizational information, contracts, agreements, and communication, ensuring an accurate flow of communication.

• Member of companies procurement committee. Implementing checks and balances for the proper procurement process.
