I am a human resources professional with a strong interest in employee experience, engagement, and data-informed decision-making. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, providing a strong foundation in critical thinking, ethics, and analytical reasoning that informs sound judgment, thoughtful leadership, and people-centered decision-making
