About Ken Dupuis:
I am a human resources professional with a strong interest in employee experience, engagement, and data-informed decision-making. My work focuses on understanding how people experience their workplace and translating insight into practical improvements that support both individuals and organizations.
I bring experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, supported by a solid foundation in HR analytics and systems. I enjoy working with both qualitative and quantitative data—listening to employee feedback, identifying meaningful patterns, and helping leaders make informed, people-centered decisions.
