As I was covering for a medical leave, my contract has ended, prompting me to seek new opportunities. In my past role, I handled various responsibilities, including answering and transferring calls, processing payments, and ensuring timely correspondence with apprentices. This experience has honed my ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.

 

In addition to my recent experience, I owned and operated a successful salon, where I provided exceptional customer service and developed effective business strategies. My tenure as an Office Manager at both SprinkWorks Design and UPS customer service Moncton equipped me with extensive skills in communication, problem solving, listening, and organization.  I pride myself on my strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering results—qualities that align well with the values at GNB.
