About Kirstin Smith:

Hi! My name is Kirstin and I’m an illustrator and motion designer with over 8 years of experience.

I often create bright, playful images and although I focus primarily on illustration these days, I still love to add motion to my work. I’m driven by my belief that visual storytelling is a powerful tool and can be used to generate positive change.

Experience

I've had the opportunity to move to the UK and work with a variety of clients including CNN, The British Red Cross, World Wildlife Fund, Selfridges and The NHS. I now live in Ottawa, Canada with my husband and our shy but sweet dog, Judy.

Education

I've studied Digital Design and Motion Graphics at Vancouver Film School and then I went on to study Illustration at Algonquin College.
