Hello! 
I'm Kotryna and after a fair bit of traveling, I am ready to get back to work. I have a lot of experience in customer service; I have been working in serving on and off for 5 years. My international experience allowed me to develop my communication, organizational, and multitasking skills from a very young age, it also gave me a good insight into maintaining effective relationships with all kinds of clientele.

I have been working since 17 - and now I am almost 26. I have European and American customer service experience, I had skilled and unskilled jobs throughout - starting from cleaning and shop assistent jobs, bussing, expediting, serving, to translating, writing and teaching. The older I get, the more I realize my life will consist of two part-time jobs - serving and creative writing.

I am a Bachelor of Translation and Interpreting.
