Internal Book Build (Yearbook)

Lifetouch Canada | Jan - May 2024

• Created cohesive design layouts, unifying each individual yearbook. Updated yearbooks according to client feedback while preserving design integrity, leading to approval.         
• Ensured each book design created the desire to increase a school’s final order quantity, through patience and creating a good relationship with the school personnel.
• Communicated effectively with designers via Teams, tracked yearbooks in a shared Excel spreadsheet to occasionally help fellow designers with their yearbook(s).
• Shuffled between books daily, prioritizing according to urgency and content availability.   

External Data Cleaning (EDT)

• Cleaned and manipulated data through Excel, in order to prepare functional class lists for school photographers to use in Canada and the United States.
• Processed 28+ files of various types daily to meet end-of-season goals, each logged on a shared spreadsheet for an organized tracking system.

• Worked closely with supervisors and fellow photographers to finish Picture Day on time. Maintained a positive attitude with school staff and students for enjoyable photography sessions.  
• Acted as Crew Chief, leading varying crews daily at job sites. Tracked inventory before and after sessions, reported to the office for job preps and portrait submissions.
