I love being active and helping other people to live their best lives and be healthy and happy. Im very outgoing and easy to talk to and get along with. Im always smiling or laughing and have been involved in sports my whole life. I have a degree in physical and health education, a post grad certificate in health and exercise. As well I have my small group instructors course completed and healthy eating and weight loss coach. I am very organized and timely.
