Experience

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor products through the complete production schedule for work
machines at the Cambridge location.
• Run production sunrise meeting, helping to ensure alignment of efforts required to realize on time
delivery against commitments and customer contracts.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisor, Group Team Leads, Production Planners, Procurement
Specialists, and Quality to schedule the production activities.
• Generate and present OTTR (On time to requirement), ETC (Estimate to Complete), SIOP (Sales,
Inventory, & Operations Planning), machine capacity/utilization reports.
• Analyze bottlenecks, compare plan and actual production performance, and suggest proper corrective
actions.
• Maintain close relationships with customers by providing schedule commitments, manage changes and
process material releases to the shop daily.
• Coordinate / schedule with the Maintenance department the planned preventative maintenance of tools,
manufacturing equipment and auxiliary equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring finished goods and work in progress (WIP) inventory is controlled and
maintained at the established goal levels.
• Prepare physical inventory, count/auditing counts and variance analysis.
