Experience

My professional experience has been instructing children at both swimming and dance, managing schedules, invoicing and payments. I have had responsibility for administrative functions including communications support and order fulfillment. In all roles, I have been customer-facing.  

Education

I am currently in my first year of my undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University where I am studying communications with a minor in management.
