Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Multilingual Student Recruiter paid on a commission basis. The recruiter will identify, engage, and assist prospective students in enrolling at the Academy. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, building relationships, guiding applicants through the enrollment process, and promoting the unique benefits of our education programs. The recruiter will also work to meet targeted recruitment goals through strategic planning and communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing roles.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms, and ability to execute virtual recruiting strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet goals in a results-driven environment.
- Passion for education and empowering students globally; familiarity with Ontario's educational system is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in remote work settings.
