I am completing a general residency at Sinai Health, with an anticipated end date in the beginning ofSeptember, 2023. I have 6+ weeks of training in general surgery and inpatient psychiatry; 4+ weeks of training in general medicine, perinatal care, cardiology, and drug information; and 2+ weeks in rehabilitative care and infectious diseases. During this residency, I led a longitudinal quality improvement project, precepted and mentored pharmacy students, and led pharmacy meetings.

I provide care for patients by counselling and coordinating initiation of pre-exposure prophylaxis at our sexual health clinic. I review routine bloodwork and assist patients in overcoming financial barriers through TDP and PAP applications. I also counsel and provide general advice for STI management and prevention. I administer sexual health vaccines (i.e. Gardasil, Twinrix) and work in an interprofessional team of nurse practitioners, staff pharmacists, nurses, and social workers.
