Lee Ann Hebb

I bring over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having grown from my early days as a server into senior leadership roles. My career spans restaurants, hotels, and convention centres, where I’ve held positions including Director of Food & Beverage, Event Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. This journey has given me a deep understanding of both front-line service and strategic operations, as well as a proven ability to lead teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive business success.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, travel, and exploring the outdoors — whether by the ocean or in the mountains. I also enjoy immersing myself in the fast-paced storytelling of James Patterson novels, which fuel my love of creativity and detail.

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, I have built a career spanning restaurants, hotels, and convention centers. Starting as a server, I advanced into senior leadership roles including Director of Food & Beverage, Event Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. My experience covers every aspect of hospitality operations — from guest services and event planning to large-scale food and beverage management. I am recognized for leading diverse teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced, high-volume environments.  My work experience is in Canada but I do hold my American Citizenship.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism, which provided a strong foundation in service management, operations, and guest experience. I actively stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure my knowledge remains relevant in a fast-evolving field. Since 2013, I have been a proud member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), which has allowed me to expand my professional network, engage in ongoing learning, and contribute to the advancement of the meetings and events industry.
