Assistant Controller at KD Services

• Collaborate closely with the CFO and the Director of Finance to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Coordinate with clients and perform weekly meetings through Microsoft Teams and follow up with them to ensure complete satisfaction and troubleshoot blocked invoices;
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancy between POs and suppliers’ bills;
• Participate in month-end reconciliations and sales tax filing with the CFO;
• Perform bank and credit cards reconciliation and provide detailed explanations for any variations;
• Assist in the production of Revenue Forecasting for management decision-making;
• Prepare monthly journal ledger entries for prepaid expenses;
