I have 2 years experience in recruitment and human resources and  I also have experience as a Resident. service Coordinator.  With my advanced knowledge in the health care industry as a personal support worker, I believe I have the competence necessary to fulfill this roll.

As a team player with a proven record for effectively handling sensitive and confidential matters, I have been able to build healthy relationships with both my co-workers, Residents and family members.

I thrive in a fast-paced environment due to my organizational skills and eye for detail.

For the past 3 years I have run recruitment, orientation and on-going learning for all my new hires. I have managed a team of personal support workers as well as over seeing the needs for the Residents and concerns or complaints family members may have had. 

I have working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel with which I can track employment statistics and I routinely generate a variety of documents. I have experience with payroll as well as adjusting resident care-plans as needed.

I was a personal support worker from 2017-2021. I have worked in Longterm care homes and retirement homes.
I have recruitment, orientation and payroll experience. I was also a supervisor and a manager at Home Instead and Amica Senior Lifestyle.

Graduated the Personal Support Worker program.
