Lynne Beauchamp

As an experienced professional working in the health care and social services industry, she has cumulated more then 26 years of management experience.

Lynne's expertise has enabled her clients to improve their strategic plans and thus maximize positive impacts while facilitating their implementation as a team. She has had the opportunity to support newly promoted managers of different levels, executives and leaders in several sectors: public, contracted and private, at all levels. She provides support in different types of coaching: integration, management, skills development or career coaching. Whether it’s for the purpose of leadership development or resolution of various issues: communication, management of difficult employees, stress management, conflict management, decision-making, self-confidence; its commitment to advancing customers is constant and strong.

She currently works as a coordinator at the long-term health care facility (CHSLD) for people with loss of autonomy. With more than 220 employees and 26 years of management, she has developed over the years a solid experience in coaching and management.
