I've always been driven by connection and a passion for helping others. After graduating from the University of Ottawa with a degree in Communications, my career journey began in retail management, where I honed skills in coaching, hiring, and operations. After nearly a decade in retail, I returned to school to earn my Human Resources Management Certificate from Algonquin College. At that point, transitioning into recruitment felt natural, and now, as Manager of Employer Branding, I collaborate across teams to craft authentic messaging that resonates. I’m proud to shape narratives that reflect our culture and values, impacting how we attract and engage talent.

Manager, Employer Branding - Generac 
Own and manage all projects related to Generac’s employer brand identity, including leveraging the organization’s employment brand for marketing campaigns, creating and implementing social media strategies, generating engaging content, and managing email marketing outreach campaigns to attract passive job seekers. I consistently collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent employer brand messaging and tone internally and externally. I also manage relationships with our external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and solutions on time and within scope.

Senior Talent & Branding Specialist - ecobee (A Generac company)
Responsible for leading ecobee’s employer brand strategy and growing the ecobee talent community through internal and external marketing and communications. Additionally, I focus on attracting talent across the organization through direct sourcing, marketing campaigns (blog articles, speaking opportunities, social media ad campaigns etc.) and collaborating with hiring teams across the company to identify and hire top candidates. Worked with Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse.
