Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President
Executive Assistant: Working for an entrepreneur with 3 businesses in a variety of industries. I prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, lease agreements, legal documents, property management, monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications, liaise with internal staff at all levels and co-ordinate project-based work. Provide support to the Board of Directors, manage full logistics for Executive Meetings, records minutes and manage reporting of minutes including status of follow up actions.
In charge of additional revenue through Movie/TV Series onsite filming. Co-ordinate all areas of filming and contract negotiations. In 5 years, I have generated over $600k in additional revenue for the company.
