Experience
As a mental health and addictions case worker and housing outreach worker, my professional experience is centered around supporting individuals facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, and homelessness. Throughout my career, I have provided essential services to clients by developing personalized care plans, conducting assessments, and implementing interventions to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
In my role as a mental health and addictions case worker, I have worked closely with clients struggling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
