• Leading project team to construct 2 new show room which has about 55.000 square Foot. (In 4 floor)

• Leading the procurement (include general and technical purchasing, warehouse and logistic) and corporate operation teams to prepare the best items and services for all part of companies and all project teams.

• Project Manager of the construction project for building the companies' showrooms

• Supervising the petty cache of all holding companies.

• Supervising two industry kitchen and purchasing groceries and materials for them too cook and serve food for staffs (450 persons).

• Develop and implement procurement and corporate operation processes in all holding companies.

• Preparing and editing the contracts for different suppliers and companies.

• Supervision to Making the contracts and issue the POs and managing the deliveries and invoices.
