  • BTI – Managed enterprise communications, annual and quarterly reports, event planning (annual general meetings and investor road shows) and prospectus materials (TSX/Nasdaq listed).
  • IBM/Subsidiary Kyndryl – Senior Proposal Manager – Managed entire lifecycle of multiple complex technical requests from clients, from point of ideation through to client approval and hand off to delivery teams, adhering to strict timelines, including requirements confirmation, coordination of information from subject matter experts/contributors, solution design, creation of technical content, pricing of labour and infrastructure components and presentation to client. 
  • Volunteer President of residential condo Board and member of Covid and Electric Vehicle Charging Committees, author of owner communications, editor of quarterly newsletter and responsible for planning virtual and in-person general meetings and town hall events.

Change Management and Business Relationship skills

  • Enercare – As Business Relationship Manager, utilized skills, behaviours and competencies to leverage and improve relationships between IT and its lines of business, by identifying and understanding stakeholders’ needs to prioritize, communicating and managing projects from ideation through C-Level approval and PMO handoff ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. 
  • As Manager, ITIL Change Management, planned and executed routine, expedited and emergency IT changes, including risk assessment, and preparation of appropriate communications to inform impacted business units.
