I have pursued Computer Science and Engineering from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University from 2011-2015. Afterwards, I moved to Canada and completed Hospitality management diploma program from Vancouver Community College (2016-2018). Meanwhile studying, I got the opportunities to work in retail and F&B sector. Later, I worked as a Guest Services Manager at the Holiday Inn and Suites hotel, Surrey, Canada for almost 3 years. I’m  good with numbers, a great data enthusiast who likes to connect, grow and work as a team. I am able to provide top notch  assistance, advice and customer service experience.

I moved back to India in December 2021 due to family emergency and got a chance to work with non-profit organization as a community leader. Currently, I am looking for full-time working opportunity. I have years of experience in customer service sector and can provide exceptional experience, support and assistance to customers. I am highly organized, disciplined, reliable, capable of multitasking and a promising individual who can meet deadlines. In Canada, I have previously worked in hotel setting and has management experience. I am computer science graduate with deep understanding of various computer software. I am looking for a chance to network with experienced team members and hence, can learn, gain and improve my skills.
