I am a hardworking and dedicated individual with 3 years of experience in the Advertising industry, specifically Account and Resource Management looking to transition into Administration. In my previous roles, I have developed strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, team management, as well as adaptability in high-stress situations. All of which I believe will make me a valuable addition to any team.

As an Account Manager, I was responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and the organization.

In addition, as a Resource Manager I oversaw the allocation and utilization of resources within an organization, ensuring that the right people, materials, and equipment are available for projects and operations.

I graduated from Seneca College in 2020 for Creative Advertising, specializing in Account Management.
