Responsibilities:



 

Re-host applications from AT&T’s Private Cloud to Azure’s and AWS  IaaS or PaaS offerings  

Optimizing the costs in Cloud environment

Design the applications for Cloud migration projects for Azure and AWS projects

Worked in container based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes

Experience in creating dashboard using multiple tools like Splunk,Dynatace, Azure monitor, Cloud watch etc. 

Experience in creating and managing infrastructure as code in Terraform and Cloud Formation

Managed roles are permission of users woth the help of IAM

Created alarms in Azure monitor and AWS cloud watch

Role and Responsibilities:


 



 

Gained knowledge on Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and tools for Microservice monitoring like Prometheus, Grafana,Kibana,Elastic Search,Splunk etc.

Conducted sessions with the offshore team for the tools and technologies related to microservices and groomed them.

Deploying microservices in various environment and troubleshoot for any Deployment issues 

Write shell scripts to automate the tasks

Monitoring, maintaining Kubernetes environment using kubectl/K8s dashboard/alerts.

Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced by the enterprise applications

Configured and set up dashboard and alerts in Splunk , HP BAC , Dynatrace to assist in production monitoring

Installed and conifgured Nagios as monitoring tools for Disk usage, CPU utilization, List of open files etc.

Application : Enterprise Campaign Management (ECM).

Marketing Do Not Call Notification (MDNCN).

Environment : JCL, TERADATA, SQL, Oracle9i, TSO/ISPF, Changeman, STAR, Vantive


 


 

Description: 

ECM is a system that allows Customer Analytics & Research (CAR) organization within Marketing to segment and profile customers for campaigning purposes.

MDNCN is a system that gathers the information of leads, which registered for DNC/DNM from various sources and prevent them for campaigning.

ECM is used for providing feeds of customer data to third party vendors who will use different marketing strategies to introduce new campaigns to the customers.


 

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier-III production support to the application ECM & MDNCN.

Monitoring and process daily BATCH cycle.

Analyzing the production live defect and giving temporary & permanent fix.

Investigation and acknowledge the ad-hoc requests & technical queries comes at Support helpdesk from client (Amdocs & ATT).

Implementing work request(RD) such as

New vendor setup

Add/Delete/Modify marketing indicator

Layout change request.

Responsible for enhancement work (Change Request).

Program code changes/enhancement as per program amendment specification doc

Code review as per Code review checklist

Actively involved in preparing unit test plan, test cases and desktop/peer reviews of test cases/plan

Prepare test data for assigned work based on defined specifications

Executing test cases and preparing UTP,UTR
