 ● Prepared monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team's performance 

● Prepared knowledge-based documents such as summarized and responded to frequently asked questions 

● Identified opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and made recommendations to the Director of Customer Service or other appropriate staff
