My name is Marco Ortiz and I want to be a flight attendant to keep on improving my skills of customer service. Every time I had a new job I kept on improving my skills and I know with this job my skills will improve. I can speak two languages English and Spanish and I have had a lot of experience dealing with all types of customer situation. I believe I would be a great flight attendant and I know I can improve on my skills

I have dealt with many customer situations where they were sad, angry or intoxicated I have learned how to deal with all these type of situations and I always gave it my all to helping others and making sure I gave them a good experience.
