With a solid background of 7 years in higher education libraries, I have honed my skills in information organization, research support, and delivering engaging information literacy instruction. My dedication to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a love for learning has been integral to supporting students and faculty in their academic pursuits.

In my most recent role as a claims underwriter in the insurance industry, I successfully transitioned my skills to risk assessment and fraud prevention. Over the course of 6 months, I uncovered and investigated two fraud rings, implementing robust processes to mitigate future risks. This experience has expanded my analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to make informed decisions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a passionate lyricist and songwriter, driven by a fierce creative streak. My love for storytelling and music fuels my ability to connect with others on an emotional level and convey messages through powerful words and melodies.

Currently, I am casting a wide net for new opportunities, open to exploring various industries and roles. My diverse background and adaptable skill set allow me to bring a unique perspective to different environments.
