I am a passionate and dynamic leader adept at driving strategic and transformative change. With deep, direct experience building out HR and HSE programs, policies and teams, I have a demonstrated track record of achieving significant and sustainable results through a collaborative, hands-on, and results-oriented approach across both the public and private sectors.

As comfortable on the shop floor as I am in the boardroom, I connect and work well with all levels of management and employees by being authentic and open in my desire to create win-win scenarios that lead to organizational success and profitability.
Experience
After years of strategic planning and program leadership at the WSIB, in 2011 I joined Bird Construction to help build out and lead their national health and safety division, working across the country to recruit, develop and train a top performing team. Based on my success in this area I similarly assumed responsibility for the human resource team and program and led a significant transformation of both, including our being nominated for HR Team of the Year in 2019.
In 2021 I joined Coldbox Builders, a smaller, scaling construction company to lead the design and build-out of their HR programs and team. In 2 ½ years we have successfully implemented programs and policies across the entire employee lifecycle and recruited a diverse and talented young team, laying the foundation for sustainable growth and success.
Education
In 2018 I completed my Strategic Human Resource Leadership (SHRL) certification from Cornell University.
