I have been involved with the customer service industry particularly with the non voice platform (chat/email/data entry) for the past 10+ years and I possess the required skill set to perform the job and meet the role expectations.

Throughout my experience, I have developed a keen analytical mindset, which helps me troubleshoot issues efficiently and improve workflow processes. My strong attention to detail ensures that tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard, especially in fast-paced environments.

My organizational abilities help keep operations smooth and minimize downtime, and I take pride in being a dependable team player who communicates well with colleagues and supervisors. Additionally, my written communication skills allow me to document processes and follow written instructions with clarity and precision.

As a professional NonVoice Specialist / Customer Service Ambassador, I have a solid academic background with  above-average typing skills, multi-tasking & problem solving skills, industry expertise, software literacy, diligence, listening (Reading Comprehension) skills and above-average written and verbal communication skills which can help me fit the role.

I am proud to have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in 2003 from Angelicum College, Quezon City, Philippines.
