About Mark Manna:

Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) student, Teaching Assistant, and research assistant at the University of Toronto, with an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management. 

My work experience includes 14 years in the public sector unions as a Correctional Officer, culminating in the position of President, OPSEU Local 5112, the Toronto South Detention Centre, representing over 1200 workers in a maximum-security prison.

My particular areas of passion include: Labour Relations, Mediation/Arbitration, Negotiations, Integrative "win/win" bargaining, Workplace Health and Safety, WSIB, Employment Law, Employer-Employee Relations, Organizational Behaviour, Discipline/Dismissal, Workplace Accommodation and Human Rights Issues.
