With over 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and 20 years in the Information Technology industry, I am a PMP certified Information Systems Engineer who delivers high quality IT solutions for a global corporation. Currently, I manage several IT projects at ExxonMobil, ranging from USD 2M to 16M, involving software development, cloud migration, server migration and remediation, data migration, Zoom deployment, and Skype infrastructure and voice circuit decommission. 

I have successfully led and supported diverse, multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams of up to 60 members, working with agile organizations and managing vendors and contractors. I have also created project dashboards on Tableau and PowerBI to drive management decisions and improve project performance. My mission is to leverage my expertise in IT projects, budget control, resource planning, and information technology to enable business transformation and innovation.

• Managed and supported multiple ongoing Information Technology Infrastructure Projects
• Collaborated with other Project Managers and Product Managers assisting on complex projects

     IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS:

• ZOOM DEPLOYMENT – CANADA SITES | USD 1.5M | 2022-04 to 2023-08

Implementation of Zoom external calling on 8 sites in Canada, replacing existing Skype system. Upgrade of Media Packs, deployment of ZOOM ZPLS devices, decommission of Skype Infrastructure including Servers, Gateways, and Voice Circuits. Migration of Skype configuration over to Zoom. Decommission of on-site Skype devices, desk phones, poly-com, faxes, etc. Strong Change Management with end users. Management of Change to avoid down time on emergency and security numbers. Infrastructure decommission lead for all other sites outside Canada.

• VOICE CIRCUIT RATIONALIZATION | USD 0.7M | 2022-04 to 2023-08

Rationalization of global Voice Circuits done through full audit over vendor invoices. Revalidation of circuits gathering confirmation from Business and technical teams worldwide distributed. Issued infrastructure circuits disconnects and contract negotiation with vendors on required circuits. 

• CONNECTED AWS ENABLEMENT | USD 0.8M | 2021-09 to 2022-08

Enablement project as Proof of Concept to migrate Data Center on-premise server to EC2 AWS as an IaaS Cloud solution. Migrated 85 servers (Windows and Linux) running 25 applications. Worked closely with two vendors, IT Infrastructure organization and different application support teams.

• OPERATING SYSTEM & DATABASE REMEDIATION | USD 1.6M | 2021-01 to 2022-05

Replaced 3.5K Servers running Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft SQL 2012 impacting 400 applications, migrating them to Windows Sever 2019. Cybersecurity driven project. Server build process. Migration included server virtualization when possible. Management of Change to ensure smooth migration with cero production down time. Server retirement and decommission. Servers distributed worldwide.

• JAVA RUNTIME SERVER PATCHING & UPDATE | USD 1.8M | 2019-12 to 2020-12

Implemented Open Source Java Runtime to replace Oracle Java on 5k servers distributed worldwide, impacting 800 applications. Cybersecurity driven project. Moved to Open Source to avoid licensing cost of Oracle products. Management of Change to ensure smooth implementation with cero production down time. Adapted project solution to address drastic budget reduction and complete scope. Challenging project due to strong push back from applications owners to change.

• WINDOWS SERVER 2008 REMEDIATION | USD 1.7M | 2018-07 to 2019-12

Replaced 2.5K Servers running Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft SQL 2008 impacting 350 applications, migrating them to Windows Sever 2016. Cybersecurity driven project. Server build process. Migration included server virtualization when possible. Management of Change to ensure smooth migration with cero production down time. Server retirement and decommission. Servers distributed worldwide. Robust inventory tracking system developed to control remediation, project progress, and vendor invoicing.

• MICROSOFT SCCM APPLICATION MODEL | USD 1.2M | 2016-09 to 2018-07

Implemented new Application Packaging process based on Microsoft System Center Configuration Management. Replaced existing tool by new one developed in house with Agile organization. Performed as Scrum Master. Integration between three systems including ITSM, Microsoft Orchestrator, and SCCM. 

APPLICATION PACKAGING TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD | EXXONMOBIL | 2013-04 to 2016-09                   

• Led and supported 20 analysts globally distributed
• Implemented a new Packaging Process which speeded up Software Delivery to end users 
• Created tools to facilitate the packaging process and daily activities of the analysts.

• Trained and led 30 contractors to perform Application Smoke Testing and Remediation to ensure compatibility with Windows 8
